At India Fashion Fab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, we offer easy return and exchange options under the following policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The item includes all original tags, packaging, and invoice
  • Products must not be part of clearance, final sale, or non-returnable categories (mentioned on the product page)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear, personal hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
  • Any item returned in a used or damaged condition

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size or color issues, subject to availability.
  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, you can request a store credit or refund (as applicable).
  • You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at indiafashionfab100@gmail.com or call us at +91 - 9311082569 with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos (if applicable, especially in case of damage or defect)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item received, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.
  • If the return is due to any other reason (like change of mind or size issue), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
