• Flat Rate Shipping: A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹599.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delhi/NCR & Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or high volume periods.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your shipment via the link provided in the message.

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and others.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

In rare cases, there may be unexpected shipping delays due to courier disruptions, natural events, or holidays. We appreciate your patience and assure you we’ll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
